KOHIMA — Advisor for Civil Administration Works Division (CAWD) Kudecho Khamo, accompanied by the newly appointed Assistant Chief Engineer Ketuoselie Kenguruse and division officials, inspected ongoing administrative infrastructure projects in Dimapur, Chümoukedima, and Niuland districts on Monday.
The team, comprising district administration officials, engineers, and executing contractors, reviewed the progress of various projects and explored the need for their timely completion, according to an update.
In Chümoukedima district, the team, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Polan John, inspected the construction of a flat-type C quarter for administrative officers at Medziphema. The project began in May this year and is scheduled for completion within 24 months. The team also visited the ongoing circuit house construction at Chümoukedima, which commenced this year.
At the Dimapur Deputy Commissioner’s complex, the team reviewed the construction of a modern G+2 office building. The project was initially allotted a construction period of 24 months from November 7, 2025. However, the dismantling of the old building delayed the commencement of construction, resulting in a seven-month extension to the project timeline.
