- DIMAPUR — The
monthly revival programme at Koinonia Prayer Centre, Tsiese Basa, was held on
March 7 and 8, with the final service on Sunday evening honouring and offering
special prayers for the teenagers.
- According to an update from Koinonia Media Ministry, the
programme was held on the theme, "Let no one despise your youth, but be an
example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in
purity" (1 Timothy 4:12).
- Dr. Kip Rio, founder and director of Teenagers Evangelism of
the Nations (TEN), was the speaker for the Sunday evening service and shared
how T.E.N. was formed with the motto "Serve with Love" (Galatians
5:13).
- Dr. Rio emphasised that the teenage years are the most
important phase of life, although they last only for seven years. He
highlighted the need to choose the right path in life through the fear of God.
- He exhorted teenagers to persevere, adding that trials and
temptations are short-lived and that God will protect and guide them when they
fear and trust Him. He also stated that God will use them mightily.
