The Kohima Press Club has announced three journalists selected for the 2025 KPC-NBOCWWB Media Fellowship, offering grants to produce in-depth stories.

DIMAPUR — The Kohima Press Club (KPC) has announced the names of the selected fellows for the 4th edition of the Kohima Press Club and Nagaland Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (KPC-NBOCWWB) Media Fellowship for Journalists 2025.
The fellows are Chizokho Vero of The Morung Express (Kohima), Shongmo B of Nagaland Tribune (Noklak) and Yarden Jamir of The Morung Express (Mokokchung).
According to a press release issued by the KPC, the fellowship programme will provide each fellow with a grant of INR 50,000 for producing a specified number of in-depth stories on the experiences and challenges faced by the construction industry in Nagaland.

The stories are to be written and published between September 5 and November 15.
The KPC, in collaboration with the NBOCWWB, will organise an orientation workshop for the selected fellows on September 1 at the Kohima Press Club office, APO Building, Phoolbari, Kohima.
Besides the selected fellows, all the members of KPC have also been requested to attend the programme.
