Kohima police nabs one with arms

Dimapur, Nov. 18 (EMN): Basing on a specific input from reliable source, a joint team of Kohima Police and 10 NAP (IR) conducted search operation at Upper Pezieliecie colony, Kohima on Nov. 11 at around 11 p.m. According to Sr. Superintendent of Police Vekhosa Chakhesang, during the search operation, one person identified as Sheying, son of Khunou of Pathso, under Noklak and currently residing at Lerie colony, Kohima was apprehended. Two .22 Pistol (country made), one .32 Pistol (country made) and three magazines were recovered from his possession. In this connection, a suo-moto case vide Kohima North PS Case No. 0056/2017 U/S 25(1A)(1B) Arms Act has been registered against him for further investigation.
