- DIMAPUR — Kohima
Police personnel from Sechü (Zubza) Police Station arrested four habitual
offenders involved in multiple theft cases spanning the last three years. The
arrests were made on Tuesday following a complaint lodged by a Sechü resident,
Kohima Police stated in an update.
- According to the complaint, the accused have been
systematically stealing scrap materials, automobile parts, engine components,
batteries, and other valuable items from a business establishment located at
the Old KMC dumping site, since 2023.

The four habitual offenders in police custody.
- The stolen property is valued at around INR 4 lakh.
Furthermore, the accused are also alleged to have pilfered iron materials meant
for the NHIDCL's ongoing four-lane highway project at Zubza.
- The arrested individuals have been identified as Throngso
Khiung Yim (28 years), Thoungaolou (21 years), Khriesietuo Dzuvichü (25 years),
and Ruokuozhao Semou (20 years).

- A regular case has been registered in connection with the
incident, and further investigation is currently underway, police stated.
