DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 20: An orientation programme on ‘How to approach civil services examinations (UPSC and NPSC) was conducted with Kethosituo Sekhose, SDO (C) Sadar Kohima; MA Shihab, Joint Secretary of Power Department; and Reny Wilfred, Assistant Commissioner, Kohima; as resource persons on November 19 in the DC’s conference hall, Kohima.
Emphasising on the importance of time management in students life, Kethosituo Sekhose said, “one thing that is available on us equally is time.” He, therefore, urged upon the students to spend their time wisely in order to achieve their goal. He expressed his happiness that young minds are coming forward even from outside the State capital and progressing in any field.
MA Shihab, while sharing his experiences and challenges, appealed the students to identify their dreams and pursue with dedication till they achieve their goal in life. He also asked them to work silently, adding that success will make enough noise.
Reny Wilfred encouraged students to avail the opportunities through hard work and to decide their future career.
The programme was chaired by Neilezo Tep, SDO (Civil) and organised by the Kohima district administration.
