Kohima, Jan. 13: Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) will be organising tug-of war for all the 19 wards of KMC on January 26. In this connection, all the wards have been asked to arrange 20 participants each with 5 reserves for the event and submit the lists on or before January 21 to KMC office. The tournament will be conducted in the afternoon and will be on knock-out basis.
Rules and regulations for the event:
1) Each team will have 20 players with 5 reserved.
2) Matches will be played in Knock-out system.
3) Each team will get one chance only 1st & 2nd round matches will be played before the evening program at Secretariat Plaza.
4) Matches from quarter-final will be played during the main evening function.
5) All teams/ participants should report 2 hours ahead of the evening program for preliminary matches.
