Kohima, March 24 (EMN): With a view to expose the local butchers to the butchers in other states and familiarise with the advancement to butchery, Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has sponsored a four-day trip for Kohima Town Butchers Union (KTBU) to Guwahati and Shillong
The team comprising of 20 members, including butchers and KMC officials was flagged off on March 24 at KMC office premises.
KMC Administrator Kovi Meyase expressed the hope that the trip would benefit the butchers towards learning the clean and hygeinic practices in butchery.
