KIPHIRE — As per the directive of the deputy commissioner (DC) of Kiphire, the Kiphire Block Level EMRS Construction Committee conducted a field inspection of the Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) project site in the Kiphire district on Wednesday.
The inspection team reviewed the status of infrastructure facilities, including road access, water supply, and electricity connectivity.
Based on the present progress and implementation status, the contractor expressed confidence that the project can be completed within the stipulated time frame, provided the work continues at the current pace.

The committee expressed satisfaction with the quality of construction materials being utilised in the construction of the boys' hostel, girls' hostel, and sub-centre. Upon inspection, the materials were found to conform to the prescribed specifications, guidelines, and quality standards.
The inspection was conducted to ensure timely completion of the EMRS project and to facilitate the submission of a comprehensive status report to the concerned higher authorities.
The EMRS project is expected to provide quality residential education facilities for tribal students and contribute significantly to the educational development of Kiphire district.
