KOHIMA — The two-day 18th Open Championship
organised by the Kikruma Badminton Association (KBA) concluded on December 28 at
Kikruma Badminton Stadium, Sezou, with Vekhrolo Koza, block development
officer, Pfutsero, as the guest speaker of the valedictory function.
In his address, Koza highlighted the growing potential of
badminton in the modern world.
He emphasised the importance of discipline and determination
in achieving success in sports.
He also underlined how sports can foster unity and build
strong social connections within communities.
The championship witnessed intense competition across
various categories.
