Kihevi wins 1st Master of Masters Snooker Ranking tourney

Dimapur, Jan. 26 (EMN): Kihevi Zhimo emerged as the champion of the 1st Master of Masters Snooker Ranking Tournament at Boulevard Snooker Club at Dimapur on Saturday evening.

Zhimo defeated Tongpangkokba Longchar in the final to walk away with a cash prize of INR 15,000 and a citation, while the runner-up received INR 7, 000 and a citation.

Semifinalists -- Kezhavituo Vizo and Atuyito Zhimomi -- received INR 2,000 each while the highest breakpoint award of INR 4,000 went to Neidilhou Neikha.

Guest of honour advocate Kekhriele-ü Mezhü attended the tournament and handed over the prizes to the winners.

Altogether, 28 players took part in the two-day competition organised by Boulevard Snooker Club in collaboration with Cue Association of Nagaland (NCA).
