Dimapur, April 16 (EMN): MLA Khriehu Leizietsu visited youth volunteers enforcing the lockdown in various locations in and around Kohima on April 15.
He interacted with the youths and asked them to educate the public about the importance of personal hygiene and social distancing, an update received here on Thursday informed.
Expressing the need of effective lockdown to contain the spread of novel coronavirus in the state, he appealed to all the citizens to extend support to the Angami Youth Organisation and the administration.
Besides being present physically, he also extended financial assistance to the youths.
