DIMAPUR —The NSCN/GPRN (Khango-Hokato Vusshe) has asked
Aolemba Longkumer to justify the time taken for the implementation of the Micro
and Small Enterprises Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) since the
issuance of the work order and explain why it remains incomplete.
In a press statement, the group stated that Aolemba and the
stakeholders involved in the MSE-CDP scheme, under the Ministry of MSME, must
answer to the Naga people regarding the implementation of the scheme.
It stated that the government issued this directive to
Aolemba to furnish cash vouchers/invoices for the purchased machinery. Noting
that Aolemba, through print media, promptly ignored his involvement in the
scheme, the NSCN has enquired why he personally signed the sanctioned amount
receipt slip if he was not involved in the project/scheme.
The NSCN said that, in the interest of the Naga people and
for the all-round development of future generations, it questions the concerned
department to officially furnish details of both civil works and technical
machinery.
The NSCN/GPRN further reaffirmed its previous statement to
strictly monitor those involved, particularly in this scheme, and also sent a
message to all contractors and suppliers to implement the work as per the
DPR/work order issued by the department.
It said that the NSCN will leave no stone unturned if the
concerned individual and the department fail to furnish the details of this
scheme and cautioned the said individual not to deceive the Naga public by
using a remorseful lie to avoid responsibility for his misdeeds.
“It is fully vigilant to take stringent action upon the
incumbent if the above-mentioned details are not fulfilled,” it concluded.
