Kekhrieneitso Angami from Nagaland defeats Mudassar Shaikh via TKO at APFC India 1 in Bengaluru.

DIMAPUR — Kekhrieneitso Angami, training out of The Combat Academy Nagaland, emerged victorious at the Anthony Pettis Fighting Championship (APFC) India 1, held in Bengaluru on December 5.
According to an update, the event was broadcast live on UFC Fight Pass.
In the Professional MMA Featherweight bout, Kekhrieneitso faced Mudassar Shaikh from Pune and secured the win in the second round via a Technical Knockout finish.

APFC, founded in 2021 by former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis, offers a professional platform for emerging fighters. Since its 2022 debut, the promotion has expanded across the US and recently into international markets.
APFC India 1 in Bengaluru represents its first Indian card to stream worldwide via UFC Fight Pass.
The update stated that for competitors like Kekhrieneitso, appearing on UFC Fight Pass puts their performance before an international audience, increases visibility, and can open doors to larger promotions and sponsorships.
