Dimapur, June 20 (EMN): Nagaland Wrestling Association (NWA) wrestler Keduovilie Zumu returned home on Wednesday after participating in the World Mas Wrestling Championship 2019 in the 90+ and below 105 Kg category which was held at Baku, Azerbaijan from June 6 to 12th.
He was part of the Indian Mas Wrestling Contingent that participated in the championship under the aegis of the All India Traditional Wrestling & Pankration Federation (AITWPF).
According to sources from NWA, Zumu defeated his opponent from Kyrgyzstan in the first round and then the wrestler from Ukraine in the second round but lost to Russia in the quarter final.
