Dimapur, July 31 (EMN): Kohima District Legal Services Authority (KDLSA) conducted a coordination programme with victims of drug abuse at the Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts, Kripa Foundation, Kohima, on July 30.
Nulhuvolu Rhakho, in her keynote address, highlighted about legal services, NALSA (legal services to the victim of drug abuse and eradication of drug menace scheme 2015) where legal services institutions have a significant role to play in supply and demand reduction and de-addiction and rehabilitation.
After the programme, the participants were divided into four groups had an interaction with the panel lawyers. Altogether, 28 persons attended the programme.
Medochutuo Kiewhuo, panel lawyer, chaired the programme and Bange, counsellor of Kripa Foundation, delivered the welcome address.
