Dimapur, July 4: Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA) during the General Body Meeting (GBM) on Monday has decided to hold the 4th Kohima District Volleyball tournament, 2016, for both Men’s and Women’s. According to a press release, the tournament would be held under the theme “Transcending through Sports” by the second week of November, 2016 at the Kohima Local Ground.Teams such as village(s), block, ward, colonies under Kohima district are encouraged to participate in the tournament. The details of the tournament would be made available in media soon.
KDVA would hold its eleven-foundation day on September 3. The enrollment for new members will be charged Rs.500 and the annual renewal fee is Rs.200. It can be paid on or before September 3.
KDVA further informed that the next general body meeting would be held on July 27 at 3 p.m. at the KPC conference hall in Kohima. All members and well wishers are requested to attend the meeting.
