KOHIMA — Kohima District Athletics Association (KDAA) on Sunday launched its jersey for the 2nd Nagaland Junior Athletics Meet to be held from September 10.
According to an update, the jersey was launched by Leketoulie Liezietsu, Level-1 Athletics Coach, along with KDAA General Secretary Neingusalie Khoubve and District Technical Officer Thepfuzolie Sekhose at Mission Compound, Kohima.
During the launch, Liezietsu briefed the athletes and motivated them to participate with dedication and discipline.

He also emphasised the importance of choosing the right sport, adding that maintaining a professional sports life while balancing studies with sports will surely lead to success.
Furthermore, Liezietsu encouraged the athletes to strive for excellence with prayer, strong will, and consistency.
A total of 40 selected athletes will represent Kohima district at the upcoming meet.
