Dimapur, Sep 7 (EMN): The Kohima Centre Chakhesang Union (KCCU) in a representation to the District & Sessions Judge, Kohima, in connection with September 2 incident where one of its members Swuduve Nakro, taxi driver was murdered, demanded death penalty to all the murder accused persons.
The union also demanded that no bail be granted to accused persons under any circumstances and warned that any person/persons try to bail them shall be doing at their own risk. Further, KCCU requested to concerned authority to deliver fast-track justice without delay.
In a press release issued by the union vice president, Kuveo Cukhamu and general secretary, Shepo Dzudo, stated that during the KCCU meeting held on September 6, the house resolved to place the mentioned demands for examination.
