Dimapur, Sep 13 (EMN): Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), District Education Mission Society, Mon, has organised a district level Kala Ustav competition 2017 on September 12 in the DEO’s conference hall on the theme ‘Ek bharat shreshtha bharat.’
Speaking on the occasion, SMO has termed as a great day for RMSA to showcase the uniqueness of our culture, traditions and festival. He said Kala Ustav, which means festival of arts, promotes the artistic beauty of our culture at high school and secondary level.
The competitions were conducted in all districts under different categories including folk song, music, dance and visual theatre, wherein winners will compete at the State level and further at the national level.
GHSS Mon village, GHS Mon town C, GHS Totok Chingnyu, GHSS Mon town D and GHSS Mon participated in the competitions.
