Sir,
Compelled career asseisanation may have made the unemployed trained nurses association to initiate the survey of staffing position of staff nurses in the state. The findings of the survey shocked the public of nagaland when it says in 3years less than a decade, the state government has created only 17 number of staff nurse post and 151 health units where staff nurse are required are being look after by the sanction strength of 253 staff nurse.whereas;new health units have increase and existing ones upgraded and training center producing more and more unemployed trained nurses year after year that adds to the already more than one thousands unemployed trained nurses.while speaking out their cause for stagnancy in employment. The association have performed an appreciable job and pull out their findings with facts and figures in the public domain. What the state government which is a provider of basic needs to the people have been doing all these years in passivity? Is it not high time for the government to wake up from the slumber and bring changes in its policy so as to provide required medical services to the people?all right thinking citizen should come forward and voice out against the government attitude towards this issue because it is the right of all the citizen in the state to access medical services to the standards practical in other Indian states.public opinion must condemned the attitude of the state government in this regard.
