Kohima, Oct 13 (EMN):
The joint director of Rural Development (RD), K Neibou Sekhose on Wednesday inaugurated the Tsütuo Badze gate at Kiruphema (Bawe) under Kohima distrist.

Tsütuo Badze was constructed by Tsütuonuomia Khel Council from Kohima village earlier this year (February), the plot for which was donated by Hesielhounuomia from Kiruphema village to keep the age-old bond of the two villages.

Sekhose in his address called for renewing and strengthening the age-old relation between the villages, while expressing his happiness to be a part of the event. He stressed on the need to let the place (Tsiituo Badze) be inspiration to instil happiness, peace and source of blessings for anyone who visits it.

Meanwhile, the advisor of T Khel Council, Vikuolie T Zatsu in his speech highlighted the historical significance between the two communities and stated that Tsütuo Badze represents the age-old bond between the villages.
