Dimapur, May 26 (EMN): A joint co-ordination meeting was held on at SDO (C) Office, Jakhama on May 26. Addressing the meeting, SDO (C) Jakhama, Alemyapang Longchar sought co-operation from all sectors for the development of the area.
He also highlighted the issues with regard to Village Council Act and how to cohesively work with their own village practices and Inter-state issues and maintaining peaceful relations with the neighbouring state.
Speakers from SAPO, SAYO and Council members assured full support and co-operation to the District Administration.
The meeting was attended by OC, Khuzama, officials from SAPO, SAYO, Village Council members and head GBs.
The SDO (C) also informed that he would be touring all the villages under the Sub-Division starting from next week.
The meeting was chaired by Head DB Jakhama.
