Dimapur, Feb. 9: Anticipating worse turn of event as the dateline for the chief minister to resign expires on February 10, JCC Ao Senden advised the public to be prepared and get ready for any eventuality and also urged the citizens to stock up essential commodities and other emergency requirements.
‘As such, after the expiry of the dateline, if the response from the government is not up to expectation and wishes of the Naga people, we are not sure as to how the situation would turn into. Therefore, the JCC Ao Senden advises the public to be prepared and get ready for any eventuality and also urges the citizens to stock up on essential commodities and other emergency requirements,’ JCC Ao Senden convenor A Bendangnukshi Jamir and co-convenor N Bendang Jamir said in a joint statement.
Meanwhile, JCC Ao Senden has acknowledged the public cooperation and support despite facing difficulties during this time of turmoil. Further, JCC Ao Senden expected the same kind of support and cooperation from the people even in the days to come.
