Dimapur July 21 (EMN) : The Joint Action Committee, one of the organisations instrumental in pulling down TR Zeliang on July 20 aired its reservation to his return to the chief minister's chair in order to respect the sentiments of the Naga public and also to allow impartial conduct of the Judicial Inquiry Commission in to the deaths of the protestors during the ULB elections. "Joint Coordination Committee held an emergency meeting on 20th July 2017 and thoroughly discussed about the ULB related matters and resolved that if TR Zeliang restrain himself from occupying the chair of the Chief Minister at this juncture by respecting the sentiments of the general Naga public until the Judicial Inquiry Commission complete its first report in order to let JIC conduct impartial inquiry, " stated the press release from the JCC
It also informed that the JCC along with Naga Council Dimapur will have a meeting with the apecx tribal hohos on July 26 at 11 a.m in the ASTD Treasurer's residence.
