of Jawahar Bal Manch in Kohima on April 26
- DIMAPUR — The
Nagaland unit of Jawahar Bal Manch (JBM) organised its state camp on April 26
at Hiekha Coaching Centre in Kohima on the theme "Know your
constitution" with the participation of young students across Nagaland.
- An update from the JBM stated that the special guest and Lok
Sabha MP, S Supongmeren Jamir, has encouraged the students to learn about the
Constitution and become responsible citizens.
- Kaqheto Kughutu, state chief coordinator of JBM, delivered
the welcome address, while the inaugural address was delivered by Manoj Dutta,
national coordinator and JBM in-charge for Nagaland, wherein he highlighted the
importance of educating the youth about their rights and duties under the
Constitution.
- The camp was also attended by Christopher Tilak, AICC
secretary in-charge of Nagaland, who motivated the participants with his
encouraging words.

- Advocate Yogesh Sharma, national coordinator and in-charge
of training for JBM, was the resource person. He conducted an engaging session
on the Constitution and explained key features and importance in simple and
interactive ways for the students.
- To mark the occasion, competitions in quiz, extempore
speech, fun and obstacle games, group song, drawing and painting and martial
arts display were organised. It stated that participants have actively
showcased their talents, knowledge and team spirit.
- It added that the camp also served as a selection platform
for the upcoming national camp to be held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, from May 11 to
the 14th. It informed that top ten participants from the camp would be selected
to represent Nagaland at the national level.
