DIMAPUR — Digamber Jains of Dimapur celebrated the salvation anniversary of 12th Lord Vasupujya Nath Tirthankara on Wednesday, the day of Ananta Chaturdashi, with a procession surrounding Jain Temple, Dimapur.
According to a press release, it was the culmination of the celebration of ten dharmas, namely forgiveness, humility, simplicity, inner-cleansing, truth, self-satisfaction, meditation, sacrifice, detachment, and celibacy, which every Jain imbibes as much as possible during the month of Bhadva.
