
DIMAPUR — The Inner Wheel Club of Dimapur (IWCD) has constructed and donated drinking water facility and toilet block at Government Primary School (GPS) in Land Mark Colony.
The inauguration of the facilities was held on June 17 in the presence of the additional deputy commissioner of Dimapur, Mhalo Humtsoe, along with teacher in-charge, Ahoi, GB and SMC chairman, council Members, students, and teachers.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, the club president, Anamika Saha, has emphasised on the importance of providing access to clean drinking water and proper sanitation facilities to enhance the learning environment and ensure the well-being of the students.

The teacher in-charge, Ahoi, also appreciated the contribution made by Inner Wheel Club. He stated that such noble gesture would have positive impact on the students' daily lives and educational journey. He highlighted the importance of such initiatives in empowering young minds and fostering a healthy educational ecosystem.
Meanwhile, the club informed that it would remain committed to their mission of creating a positive impact in society and continue to work towards addressing crucial needs and uplift the community.
