Inter-school U-16 cricket tourney on Wokha from Oct. 22

Dimapur, Oct. 9 (EMN): The Wokha District Cricket Association (WDCA) issued a press release on Tue. Oct. 9 stating that it will be organising the inter-school U-16 cricket tournament at the Wokha local ground from Oct. 22 till the 27^th for the young talented players of the district. The press release also stated that through this tournament the WDCA will select and forward the names of the young players to the Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) for the state level tournament/camp for the selection of Nagaland state U-16 probables to play in the BCCI tournaments 2018-19. A player should be born on or after 1/9/2002 and the date of birth should be confirmed by the school authority according to the CR book. The registration fee is INR 1000 and the last date of confirmation of participation will be Oct. 17. Forms will be available at NK bookstall, police point opposite SBI main branch, added the press release.
