Inter-District Football C’ship from November 24

EMN Dimapur, October 16 The 19th Inter-District Football Championship (Dr. T. Ao Trophy 2014) will be held from November 24 to December 1 at Dimapur. All the District teams are requested to confirm their participation on or before November 14. Only indigenous habitants of the State shall be allowed to participate. Indigenous certificate should be duly certified by the concern District Deputy Commissioner (DC). The players who are not selected by the district association can represent other districts provided he resides continuously for 2 years in that district, informed NFA in a press release The cash prizes, sponsored by the Government of Nagaland, are Rs. 3, 00,000 for the champions, Rs. 2, 00,000 for runners up and Rs.50, 000 for losing semifinalists.
