Two-week induction training for LDA-cum-computer assistants recruited through NSSB concludes at Administrative Training Institute in Kohima.

DIMAPUR — A two-week induction training for Lower Division Assistant (LDA)-cum-Computer Assistants recruited through NSSB under Clerical & Allied Services Examination (CASE) 2023, conducted by the Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Kohima, concluded on Friday.
An update from ATI stated that a total of 41 trainees from department of Power, Rural Development, Commissioner of State Taxes and Nagaland Beekeeping and Honey Mission attended the training. The training included sessions on office procedure, accounts matters as well as service and personnel matters.
Interacting with the participants of the training on Friday, the director general of ATI, V Shashank Shekhar, congratulated them on their success in the examination conducted by NSSB. Having been recruited through a transparent and merit-based process, he stated that their example would inspire other young people to qualify and join the government service through hard work and dedication.

He also exhorted the participants to let their work reflect the merit-based selection and to set an example through their hard work and commitment to their roles.
During the interactive session, the trainees also shared their experiences, roles and responsibilities in their respective work place.
It stated that the ATI joint directors namely Dr. S Rongsen Longkumer, N Moa Longkumer and Kaholi Sema along with lecturer and course coordinator, Peter Konyak and ATI deputy director, Imlibenla Jamir, were also present during the interactive session.
It further mentioned that ATI has been conducting the induction training since 2023-24 and has completed 9 batches so far.
