Dimapur, April 30 (EMN): A four-day in-service teachers training for elementary teachers under Educational Block Resource Centre (EBRC), Changtongya, got underway on April 29 at EBRC hall, Changtongya, on the theme “Learning outcome (Introduction on constructivism and learning outcome).”
The programme was chaired by Toshiwati, TOT, while short speeches were delivered by Sademmongla, DEO Mokokchung, and Wapang, Project Assistant DMA, SSA, Mokokchung. The welcome speech was delivered by P Onen Longkumer, coordinator of EBRC Changtongya, and invocation was pronounced by Limaakum, primary teacher of GMS, Akhoya.
Resource persons of the training were Pangertola, TOT, Toshiwati, TOT, and Watisangla, TOT. Altogether, 96 teachers are participating in the training.
In a similar programme, in-service teacher training on learning outcome was held from April 23 to 26 at EBRC Hall, Tobu.
The main topic shared by the recourse persons included ‘Code of professional ethics relation to parents and guardians,’ ‘Home school partnership,’ and ‘Constructivism in EVS.’
The training was attended by 83 teachers from Tobu and Mokha constituencies.
