The Dimapur-based creative arts institution Hope Academy conducted its 7th graduation and Parents’ Day on Saturday at the IMC Hall in Dimapur. During the event, altogether 85 ‘tiny’ students graduated from the school.
Students from the play group to higher grades participated in the celebration making it a colourful event.
A patron, Darlene Wotsa, said in her speech during the program that ‘the most important thing in life is to decide what is the most Important thing in life.’
Seeing the active and lively participation of the school children, she expressed pride in declaring to the parents that the students were in good hands both in school and home as well. Self-esteem is the measurement of what one can achieve in all ways, she said.To the parents Wotsa said, ‘Every parent must be very careful when the children are trying to find their internal needs and that one should not force them or mislead them.’
The school also acknowledged students who excelled in their studies.
