Dimapur, Jan. 14 (EMN): Imlimenla Jamir, an 18 years from Patkai Christian College, has won award for her song titled "How I wish" in a contest organised by Ekta. The contest was held at CTC Hall, Chumoukedima, on January 12.
Ekta had organised its second event and the first of its kind for the youths in Chumukedima, an original solo song competition on January 12. The competition was based on the theme "Tell me a story."
Judges for the evening were Tuden Jamir, Indie-pop singer songwriter & VIMA nominee; Sanen Kichu, owner of Sans production & co-founder of The Recurrent; Imtisenla, singer-songwriter and runners-up of the Orpheus hunt 2011 and winner of Kohima inter-ward solo competition 2011.
