The 19th Imchaba Master Memorial Nagaland Open Volleyball Tournament is scheduled in Mokokchung from September 22 to 25.
MOKOKCHUNG — The 19th Imchaba Master Memorial Nagaland Open Volleyball Tournament 2026 will take place at the Multi-Sports Complex in Mokokchung from September 22 to the 25th.
The tournament is being organised as an open volleyball competition with a total prize money of INR 2,20,000. The champion will receive INR 1,00,000, while the runner-up will receive INR 70,000. The teams finishing in third and fourth places will receive INR 30,000 and INR 20,000 respectively.
In addition to the team prizes, individual awards carrying INR 5,000 each will be presented for Best Spiker, Best Setter, Player of the Tournament, and Emerging Player. To encourage wider participation, each team that does not reach the semi-final stage will receive a participation grant of INR 5,000. Teams travelling from outside Mokokchung will also be eligible for a travel allowance up to a maximum of INR 5,000.
The registration process will begin with the issue of forms from September 1. The last date for submission of forms is September 16, while the draw of fixtures will be held on September 19.
A maximum of 16 teams will be allowed to register for the tournament. Registration will be accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Team registration will be conducted through Google Forms.
