Lately, everyone has become so transparent due to enhanced technological platforms, from one snap away Instagram to real life streams Twitch. Right to privacy is literally disappearing from the fabric of society. We humans need privacy; right to anonymity, especially in such crowding times and environment. People in modern states could make substantiated statements by choosing to remain anonymous and labeling pseudo identity to retain individuality of the remark, while still holding accountable and answerable to the state in the records. The catch is, by holding accountable, the statements are ensured of not being legally offensive to the state and any individual. Perhaps, with relevance to the developing realities of Nagaland, we can assess all the irregularities in our current system and deliberate more on regulating social and privacy rights of an individual in the future.
