Dimapur, May 7 (EMN): The Introduction of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of sexual harassment at workplace and financial literacy on National Pension System was held on May 3, at the Nagaland State Social Welfare Board (NSSWB) in Kohima.
The chairperson of NSSWB shared the vision of the NSSWB 2017-18 and urged the staff to continue their work with renewed vigor.

A session also discussed on the salient features of the National Pension System applicable to the staff of NSSWB, which provides a mechanism in which individuals can make regular contributions to a designated account set up for this purpose, the amount from which would then be used for disbursing monthly pensions to them after the age of 60.
Secretary of NSSWB introduced the members of the newly formed ICC. A short video on the importance of mindset was also screened.
State Coordinator of State Resource Centre for Women conducted a general discussion on the activities of the various branches of the Board.
