Hotel Vivor-Niathu group receives Tripadvisor certificate of excellence

Dimapur, May 26 (EMN): Hotel Vivor-Niathu group has received a Trip Advisor Certificate of excellence. This is its eighth year that the group celebrated its businesses achievement that has earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of excellence recipients include accommodations, restaurants and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience, a press release received on Saturday informed. The group while thanking to all those people who have used their products and experienced their services, credited the award to them. Corporate manager (sales & marketing) of Niathu Group in New, Delhi Khroku Nuh, said Niathu group, ‘envision being the brand choice and representing the true Naga hospitality in all of our services; it is a testament in itself to be recognised at this level.’ “As a traveller, I plan my trips using TripAdvisor and zero down on hotels or restaurants with the ‘Certificate of Excellence’. Therefore, this Award truly represents the voice of the customer. We aim to get more of this for all our other properties and perform consistently beyond expectation by always going that extra mile,” he said conveyed. “TripAdvisor is excited to announce the recipients of the 2018 Certificate of Excellence, which celebrates businesses that have consistently received strong praise and ratings from travellers,” said Heather Leisman, the vice president of Industry Marketing, TripAdvisor. This recognition, he said allows them to publicly honour businesses that are actively engaging with customers and using feedback to help travellers identify and confidently book the perfect trip. The certificate of excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and regency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months, the press release stated.
