ill International Music Festival (HIMF) 2016 at the DDSC Stadium Dimapur on December 1 with the ‘Pal’ and ‘Yaroon’ hit maker KK-a renowned Indian singer.
Launching the HIMF 2016 officially, Yhome extended greetings on behalf of the Government of Nagaland on the occasion of Statehood day. As Nagaland observed World Aids Day the DC paid solemn respect to all the lives that has fallen victim to the epidemic.
Wilson Jami who spoke on
behalf of the Medical department informed that this year World Aids Day is commemorated under the theme “Hands up for HIV prevention.” He regretted that the number of new HIV is not declining and informed that Nagalan

d has the highest prevalence rate in India.
Students from visually impaired school also presented a special number.
Krishnakumar Kunnath (KK) who goes by his stage name ‘KK’ and his band from Mumbai entertained the Dimapurians by belting out their popular songs. Performing for the second time in Dimapur, Nagaland, KK is still cherished for his songs ‘Pal’ and ‘Yaroon’.
