Kohima, Nov. 29 (EMN): With just two days to go and hectic preparations on for this year's edition of the Hornbill Festival Chief Minister TR Zeliang on Wednesday visited the Naga Heritage village Kisama to inspect the progress of work at the venue. He was accompanied by his assembly colleagues and government officials.
The ten-day event will be inaugurated by President Ram Nath Kovind as the chief guest. He will arrive in Kohima on Nov. 30, according to a press release from the chief minister's office.

It added that the rehearsal by various cultural troupes was conducted at the main venue in the presence of the chief minister.

The department of Information and Public Relations has announced live webcasting the inaugural and closing functions of the Hornbill Festival.

www.iprnagaland.gov.in . It informed that the webcast will be streamed with the support of Reliance Jio Infocom Limited.
