Dimapur, Oct. 21 (EMN): In pursuance to the decision of the State Executive Committee, the Home department (NSDMA) has informed that the administration and disbursement of fund under the State Disaster Response Fund/National Disaster Response Fund shall be carried out according to the damaged data affected by natural calamity or pandemic/epidemic are to be submitted to NSDMA through the DDMAs and concerned line departments.
Disbursement of fund in regard to the line department shall be done through the DDMAs at the district level instead of through the line department.
It also informed that during the disbursement to the beneficiaries at the district level, the concerned line department’s district level officers may be co-opted as members during the disbursement.
Disbursement related to the line department released to the DDMAs may also be informed to the line department in order to depute or inform the district level officers to the DDMAs for disbursement and coordination while releasing the fund to beneficiaries.
