Dimapur, November 12 : Two organizations representing Hindi teachers in Nagaland have decided to postpone their proposed agitation that was to be undertaken on November 15 “due to some technical problem.” The agitations will now resume from November 22.
A note from the organizers informed on Saturday that the “CSS executive Hindi teachers” and office bearers of the All Nagaland Hindi Teachers’ Union (ANHTU) convened an emergency meeting on November 12 for said decision.
“Therefore, the CSS executive and ANHTU office bearers requested all the CSS Hindi teachers to cooperate and bear for inconvenience. Hence the executive members decided to resume agitation on 22nd Nov’2016 and requested all the CSS Hindi teachers to reach DoSE at 8:00Am,” the note stated.
“Those who failed to attend the agitation necessary action will be taken,” the note, appended by the organizers’ convenor, Ilika Aye, added.
