‘Herbs and Spices’ restaurant inaugurated in Dimapur

(EM Images)[/caption] Dimapur, Nov. 29: A multi-cuisine fine dine restaurant named ‘Herbs and Spices,’ located at Kikon Place in DC Court Junction, Dimapur, was inaugurated on November 29. The peculiarity of the restaurant was to use locally available herbs and spices ingredients in all dishes. Special dish among others include sizzlers, pizza and fried ice cream. The restaurant also offers locally produced handicrafts on sale. Adding to the homely ambience, the restaurant also put art gallery depicting Nagas culture for view. The restaurant is an adventure of Global Network Group (GNG) in association with renowned chef Kiheto Sumi. Chief chef Kiheto Sumi has vast experiences in hotel management. He made worked with most renowned hotels in India. Member of Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Moatoshi Lomgkumer, who inaugurated the restaurant applauded the management team for coming forward with the state-of-the art restaurant in Dimapur. Stating that Nagas have lately developed the culture of dinning out, Moatoshi was hopeful that the restaurant would cater to the need their needs and prosper. Further citing iconic restaurants in the country and across the world, Moatoshi wished that it would make a mark of its own and become one iconic restaurant in the state. The management also informed that it would host live music with food every Fridays and Saturdays.
