Dimapur, Nov. 2 (EMN): An awareness programme on the Ayushman Bharat National Health Protection Mission/Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna (ABNHPM/PMJAY) was held on Nov. 1 at council hall Mon.
Deputy Commissioner Mon Thavaseelan K, highlighted the nature of the scheme and said that ABNHPM/PMJAY is the largest scheme in the world, launched on Sep. 23. 2018 and implemented on Sep. 25, 2018.
Chief Medical Officer, Mon spoke on the scheme. Two (AB-NHPM) officials explained in detail about the scheme and how to enrol in it. HODs, NGO’s leader, village councils chairmen and ward presidents from all wards also attended the meeting, the DIPR update in a news bulleting.
