A two-day Tatar Hoho-cum-budget session for the year 2016-17 of GPRN/NSCN concluded sine die today, a press note issued by MIP GPRN/NSCN said.
Addressing the august house, the president Gen.Rtd MB Neokpao said, the most essential source to run a government is its financial capacity. Any development or advancement will take place only when the nation is financially capable, he said adding, it will be the duty of all the members to see that every income and expenditure of national treasury is accountable and transparent. “A nation cannot be beggar and dependent, no matter how hard a task is, we will have to strive forward with dignity and responsibilities.” Later, Ato Kilonser N Kitovi Zhimomi declared that 2016-17 will be a year of “commitment towards the nation”.
