Dimapur, Jan. 12: State Government has informed that Personnel & Administrative Reforms (P&AR) Department has brought out the State Civil lists as on 1st January, 2016 and uploaded in the official website of the State Government. It also informed that it has been decided to bring out an updated list of all the departments as on January 1, 2017.
In this connection, all the departments have been requested to submit the list of all officers in the enclosed proforma in excel format along with CD to P&AR department (AR Branch) on or before January 31. The proforma has already been notified to all the departments.
P&AR department also brought out a compendium of all important notifications, orders and office memorandum issued by various departments as on 1st April, 2016 and posted in the official website of the State Government. It has further been decided to bring an updated compendium incorporating all important notifications, office memorandum etc. issued till date.
All departments have been requested to furnish copies of important notifications, office memorandum, circulars issued from 1st April, 2016 onwards by the departments to P&AR on or before January 31.
