Govt. announces mourning on Oct. 4 for Kuwait's Amir

Dimapur, Oct. 3 (EMN): The Centre government has announced a one-day state mourning on October 4 across India as a mark of respect to Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who passed away on September 29.

In compliance with the call, national Flag will be flown half-mast on all buildings throughout Nagaland and there will be no official entertainment on the day, an update from DIPR informed.
