DIMAPUR — Governor of Nagaland Nand Kishore Yadav visited the Kohima War Cemetery and paid tribute to the soldiers who laid down their lives during World War II on Thursday.
According to an update, the governor laid a wreath in honour of the fallen heroes of the Battle of Kohima, remembering their courage, sacrifice and spirit in the face of adversity.
He also observed a moment of silence as a mark of respect and gratitude to those who fought valiantly.
