Dimapur, March 22 (EMN): The governor of Nagaland PB Acharya on Thursday congratulated the Naga Students’ Union of Bangalore (NSUB) and the Eastern Naga Students’ Union (ENSUB) for their efforts in rescuing five Naga minors who reportedly had fled their homes in search of jobs in Bengaluru.
According to updates from the public relation officer (PRO) to the governor, Acharya lauded the executives of the NSUB and ENSUB for rescuing the children. He thanked them for providing shelter and reuniting them with their parents back in Nagaland.
Keeping in mind the unions’ prompt action, the governor hoped that they would continue to strive for the safety of North-eastern students in Bengaluru, the PRO stated.
