Dimapur, Sep. 14 (EMN): Considering the unavailability of affordable lodging facility for patients coming from remote area medical treatment, Nagaland Governor, RN Ravi, has conceived to set up a 100 room patients’ hostel facility in Dimapur in order to mitigate their problems.

As instructed by the Governor, the deputy commissioner of Dimapur has been asked to locate the land and prepare building plans and management of the patients’ hostel, an update from Raj Bhavan stated on Tuesday. It added that the state government has been requested to provide the needed assistance and guidance to the deputy commissioner of Dimapur in this regard for early completion of the project.

Meanwhile, Ravi has thanked the union minister of Power, New and Renewable Energy, Raj Kumar Singh, who is a dear friend and ardent well-wisher of the people of Nagaland, who readily agreed to meet the cost of the project.

It informed that the proposed facility would be completed soon and start serving the needy people of Nagaland.
